Brief Summary:
Microsoft Dymamics 365 Sales is one of the pre-built applications from Microsoft within the Dynamics 365 suite.
Within it there are account & contact management features, leads & opportunities for your sales pipeline tracking
There are quotes, orders & invoices. There is a lifecycle around those, so they can be draft, active, etc. You can
generate one from the other and so on.
For product led businesses, there is a product catalogue, where you can define your products, Product Families,
price lists and quantities etc.
Pre-built functionality includes the lead qualification process, helping you track where the lead has come from and
generating several tasks around that, such as setting up a call, and turning them into a sales opportunity etc.
