"Solutions Shared has been providing me with IT support for a good while now. At our initial meeting, some great suggestions were made to me regarding backing up my systems at a very low cost. Unfortunately, I did not take the advice and when my hard drive failed I was left high and dry, with a 3 month old back up (which they did by the way). The guys dived to my rescue, managed to access the drive and pull off some useful stuff, find me a new hard drive and restore the data from the back up they made. I took days to re-instate accounts etc – if only I had listened.
I now have both onsite backup in the form of a “white box” and a daily off site backup on a small monthly fee. Lesson Learnt!
